In preparation for the 1999 World Cup Australia hosted a Tri-Nations Tournament with Italy and Canada the guests. In the end Australia played the in the final against Italy but to keep Canada amused there was a match prior to that final, played as the curtainraiser, between Canada and an Australia 'B' side. | ||||
