Central Coast United FC, Fraser Park FC, Western Condors FC, South Coast Flame FC & Hurstville FC contested the Final Series
Fraser Park FC were crowned the 2019 NSW State League Champions
Central Coast United FC were promoted to the 2020 National Premier Leagues 3 competition.
Western Condors FC, FC Gazy Lansvale, Balmain Tigers FC & Hurstville City Minotaurs were relegated back to local Association football having not met the FNSW criteria.
