The New South Wales National Premier Leagues 4 Coach of the Year is awarded to the leading coach across the competition.
It ws insituted in 2013 the first season of a revamped New South Wales State League 1. The award continued in 2020 with the establishment of the National Premier Leagues 4 competition.
In 2023 Football New South Wales changed the composition of the senior mens leagues to three levels of sixteen teams making this tier currently redundant.
