Competition Rules: 2 points for a win; 1 point for a draw Champions, premiers and relegations North Geelong were crowned 1991 Victorian State League Division One Champions. North Geelong and Knox City were promoted to the 1992 Victorian Premier League. Box Hill, Essendon City, Melbourne City and Port Melbourne were automatically relegated to the 1992 Victorian State League Division Two. Amalgamations and name changes. Box Hill amalgamated with Clayton Inter and competed as Box Hill Inter in the 1992 Victorian State League Division Two. Werribee became Werribee City in 1992. |
