North Caulfield were crowned 1993 Victorian Provisional League Division Four Champions.
NOTE: The Victorian Soccer Federation restructured the bottom three divisions of the Provisional League at the conclusion of the 1993 season, opting to remove the existing tiered hierarchy in favour of a regional zone structure. As a result, no teams from Provisional League Division Four were relegated and all teams were allocated positions in the 1995 Provisional League Division Three.
