Cranbourne Comets, Box Hill Inter, Keilor Park, Ashburton and Brimbank contested the 2005 Women's Premier League Finals Series.
Box Hill Inter were crowned 2005 Victorian Women's Premier League Champions.
Ballarat & District and University of Melbourne were automatically relegated to the 2006 Victorian Women's State League Division 1.
