Cranbourne Comets were crowned 2005 Victorian Women's Premier League Minor Premiers.
Cranbourne Comets, Box Hill Inter, Keilor Park, Ashburton and Brimbank contested the 2005 Women's Premier League Finals Series.
Box Hill Inter were crowned 2005 Victorian Women's Premier League Champions.
Ballarat & District and University of Melbourne were automatically relegated to the 2006 Victorian Women's State League Division 1.
