Green Gully Cavaliers were crowned 2011 Victorian Premier League Minor Premiers.
Green Gully Cavaliers, Oakleigh Cannons, Hume City, South Melbourne and Heidelberg United contested the 2011 Finals Series.
Green Gully Cavaliers were crowned 2011 Victorian Premier League Champions.
St Albans Saints and Springvale White Eagles were automatically relegated to the 2012 Victorian State League Division 1.
VTC Football did not compete in 2012 and the league reverted back to twelve teams.
NOTE: Heidelberg United were deducted three competition points.
NOTE: Dandenong Thunder were deducted six competition points.
