St Albans Saints were crowned 2019 National Premier Leagues Victoria 2 West Champions.
St Albans Saints were promoted to the 2020 National Premier Leagues Victoria.
Moreland Zebras qualified for the National Premier Leagues Victoria 2 second place playoff, defeated by FC Bulleen Lions 2-1.
Ballarat City, Melbourne Victory, Whittlesea Rangers and Geelong were relegated to the 2020 National Premier Leagues Victoria 3.
NOTE: Although four clubs were relegated from this division, the result was achieved as part of a restructure, which witnessed the end of the zonal system at National Premier Leagues Victoria 2 level. As of 2020, the top three tiers of Victorian football would ultimately see the National Premier Leagues Victoria move to a hierarchical structure, with a 14-team National Premier Leagues Victoria at the top of the structure and a 12-team National Premier Leagues Victoria 2 and a 12-team National Premier Leagues Victoria 3 immediately below.
