Lara United were promoted to the 2023 Victorian Women's State League Division 1 North-West. Lara United defeated Mill Park 4-2 in the 2022 Victorian Women's State League Division 2 Grand Final. Ballarat were relegated to the 2023 Victorian Women's State League Division 3 West. Amalgamations, name changes and withdrawals Port Melbourne (1st team) did not compete in Victorian Women's State League competition in 2023. |
