Banyule City were promoted to the 2023 Victorian Women's State League Division 1 South-East. Clifton Hill were promoted to the 2023 Victorian Women's State League Division 2 South-East. Fawkner, Geelong Rangers, Doveton and Banyule City contested the 2022 Victorian Women's State League Division 3 Finals Series. Banyule City lost to Doveton 0-3 in the 2022 Victorian Women's State League Division 3 Semi-Final. Clifton Hill lost to Noble Park United 0-1 in the 2022 Victorian Women's State League Division 3 Playoff Final. Amalgamations, name changes and withdrawals Swinburne did not compete in Victorian Women's State League competition in 2023. Mooroolbark and Lilydale Montrose United were allocated to the 2023 Victorian Women's State League Division 3 South. Fitzroy City became Melbourne Srbija in 2023. |
