Ringwood United were crowned 1964 Victorian Metropolitan League Division 3 Champions.
Ringwood United and Springvale were promoted to the 1965 Victorian Metropolitan League Division 2.
Amalgamations and name changes
Sunshine Heights amalgamated with Libertas and competed as Libertas in the 1965 Victorian Metropolitan League Division 2.
Northcote became Northcote City in 1965.
Rosebud did not compete in 1965.
