Altona Magic were crowned 1995 Victorian Premier League Champions.
Werribee City Bees and Doncaster Rovers were automatically relegated to the 1996 Victorian State League Division 1.
Heidelberg United were relegated from the 1994-95 National Soccer League and would resume competition in the 1996 Victorian Premier League
Preston Lions were also relegated to the 1996 Victorian State League Division 1.
NOTE: This was the first season where clubs were awarded 3 competition points for a win.
