Promotions and relegations
Park Rangers were crowned 1963 Victorian Metropolitan League Division 2 South Champions.
A reorganisation of the Victorian Metropolitan League in 1964 resulted in the banning of regional clubs and removal of the zonal system.
Park Rangers, Flinders Naval Depot and Prahran City competed in the 1964 Victorian Metropolitan League Division 2.
Springvale, Moorabbin City, Frankston, Ringwood United, Sunshine Heights, Trident, Rosebud and Croydon were relegated to the 1964 Victorian Metropolitan League Division 3.
Amalgamations and name changes
Azzurri did not compete in 1964.
